TURBOCAM Launches New Recruitment Tool31-Aug-2012 – Barrington, N.H. (U.S.A.) – For the past several years, TURBOCAM International has been experiencing worldwide growth, especially at its locations in New Hampshire, USA (Barrington, NH and Dover, NH). In 2011, the company hired 63 people and so far this year it has created 81 new jobs at its New Hampshire facilities.
“The idea of using a recruiting software platform became even more evident this year,” comments Pete Hanson, Personnel Manager. “In the first 8 months of 2012 alone, we have received over 4,000 resumes. Managing the proper flow, filing, and distribution of resumes and the getting back to the applicants became an overwhelming task for us and the hiring managers. We had to get some help and, after looking at several other options, we chose to use a software suite called Jobvite. The Jobvite platform enables us to streamline the entire recruitment process from post to hire.”
TURBOCAM is expanding and constructing new facilities not just in the United States, but internationally as well in England, India, and Romania. Over the next several years, the company expects to have close to 200 jobs to fill. Consequently, it wanted to find a tool that could make it easy for potential employees to apply for open positions both nationally and internationally.
