
| Marian Noronha Founder, Chairman and President Marian Noronha is a graduate of BHU Institute of Technology, Varanasi, India, with a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering. His graduate studies were in Aerodynamics of Wind Turbines at McGill University, Montreal. He founded TURBOCAM in 1985 after two years in advanced CAD/CAM applications at Computervision, and many years of R&D in Wind Turbine Development and Energy Conservation. |

John Bressoud is a graduate of both Dartmouth College and the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. He joined TURBOCAM in 1990 and became General Manager of the Industrial division in 2008. Prior to TURBOCAM, he worked at Split Ball Bearing (Timken) in Lebanon, N.H. and the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.

Rob Bujeaud is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and received an MBA from New Hampshire College. He joined TURBOCAM in 1988, leaving for a three-year hiatus from 1992 to 1995. He was named Vice President of Engineering in 1998. In addition, Rob has worked at General Electric, Pratt and Whitney, and Renaissance Design.

Ollie Sexton is a graduate of Xavier University, with a BSBA in Marketing. After serving as the Commercial Business Manager for D.G. O’Brien Inc., he joined TURBOCAM in 2000 as the Business Development Manager. In 2009, Ollie became Vice President of Business Development.

Doug Patteson is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He joined TURBOCAM in 2005 as its first Chief Financial Officer. Prior to TURBOCAM, Doug worked at companies in manufacturing, networking, and venture capital in addition to spending 10 years working in foreign affairs in Asia for the U.S. Government.

Ken Mazzochi is a graduate of UNH with a Bachelor in Engineering and Plymouth State College with an MBA. He joined TURBOCAM in 2007 as General Manager of TURBOCAM Automated Production Systems (TAPS). Prior to TURBOCAM, he was Operations Manager for Park Nameplate. He also spent several years at Textron.

Mike Ambrogio is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He joined TURBOCAM as Product Engineer in 2004 and became Senior Product Engineer of the Aerospace division in 2007. Prior to TURBOCAM, Mike worked at Foss Manufacturing as a Project Engineer.

| Jonathan Bicknell received his BS in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Vermont. He has 10 years of experience in turbomachinery-related engineering for both government and commercial programs. His experience includes the hydrodynamic and aerodynamic design of products such as UAV turbojets, liquid hydrogen rocket turbopumps, boiler feed pumps, and large diesel engine turbochargers. Much of this experience was at Concepts NREC, where he was also responsible for the European business development of rotating machinery technologies. | ![]() |

| Mark Overmyer is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering. He started his career with IBM in 1980 as an account marketing representative serving mostly manufacturing customers, including Honda in Marysville, Ohio. In 1988, he received a Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois, and took a radical turn from the corporate world. Mark’s 20+ years of entrepreneurial leadership in startup churches along with community development and leader coaching experience, fit him well for the kind of role he plays in sharpening the focus of TURBOCAM’s mission. Mark likes to say, “Quality starts with people.” |

| Bill King is a graduate of the State University of New York, Utica, with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering. He attended Southern New Hampshire University's graduate program where he increased his business management skills. Bill joined TURBOCAM in January 2012 after 27 years working in various manufacturing and R&D environments that include forging, casting, and multiple axis machining. He also has a background in product development and implementing lean manufacturing. |

| Rob Taylor, Managing Director of TURBOCAM Europe Ltd. and TURBOCAM Automated Production Systems (UK) Ltd., has worked in engineering for over 35 years. He has worked for various companies in that time with responsibilities in design, manufacturing, fluid systems design, and sales. He joined TURBOCAM in 1990 as one of the founding directors of TURBOCAM Europe. |

Paul England, Production Manager, TURBOCAM Automated Production Systems (UK) Ltd., fulfilled his Engineering Apprenticeship at Highbury College in Portsmouth, England, and also completed coursework in CNC programming at a two-year college. He joined TURBOCAM in 2005 with 23 years of engineering experience. Paul is a trained facilitator and is heading up the continuous improvement program in the UK. Prior to TURBOCAM, Paul worked for an American-based filtration company where he worked for eight years in CNC programming before moving into management, where he ran the machining factory. One of Paul’s major skills is showing people methods for finding the right solutions for projects and problem solving. |

Fred Kinchin, Business Development Manager, TURBOCAM Europe Ltd., was sponsored for a Mechanical Engineering degree by Tube Investments in Birmingham, working with them for four years on rings for gas turbine engines. He went on to receive a Master’s degree in Lean Manufacturing at the University of Portsmouth, completing a dissertation project with Goodmans Loudspeakers on high volume manufacture. Fred has started and directed several businesses and worked as a consultant before joining TURBOCAM in 2008 as Business Development Manager. He is a member of the Institute of the Motor Industry and an associate member of the I Mech E. Fred regularly travels to Africa to help develop micro-businesses there. |

Onno Weststrate has been in the turbomachinery industry for over 20 years, serving international markets in turbine blades and gears. He brings to TURBOCAM his skills in many languages, and experience of traveling in over 35 countries. Onno serves European customers by connecting them to TURBOCAM plants in Europe, Asia, and North America, and offering them the unique manufacturing and technology solutions that are possible by the TURBOCAM synergies of people in developed and developing countries. Onno started TURBOCAM Romania in 2008, which now employs around 45 people making turbine blades and nozzle rings for the automotive industry. Onno also travels to developing countries, working with others who are involved in job and wealth creation. Sorin Ignat is a graduate of Politechnical University from Iasi, Romania, with a B.S. in Mechanics. He also has a B.S.B.A. from the Open University Business School in the United Kingdom. After 18 years at Carbid Fox at different management levels, (ending as General Manager), he joined TURBOCAM Romania as Managing Director in 2008.

Duncan Watkinson received his Masters in Mechanical Sciences from Cambridge University in England. He then went to work overhauling steam turbines and diesel engines for W.H. Allen of Bedford, England. He spent four years with the company in Australia before being promoted to Turbine Manager of the Steam Turbine Department. He and his family moved to India in 1981. In May of 1989, Marian Noronha asked Duncan to establish TURBOCAM India. Duncan's turbomachinery background and commitment to India made him ideal to help fulfill Marian's dream of a company in the land of his birth. Since then, Duncan has overseen the company and helped it grow from zero to a turnover in excess of $6 million. Duncan and his wife now live in Bangalore, India—the technological centre of this teeming nation. Their three children and grandchildren now live on three continents. Savio Carvalho earned his Diploma in Production Engineering in 1986 from Maharashtra State Board for Technical Education. He worked for a manufacturing company for five years before joining TURBOCAM in 1992. He gained 5-axis machining experience while training at TURBOCAM in the U.S.A., and subsequently returned to India to help set up TURBOCAM's manufacturing plant in Goa. He has served as the General Manager at TURBOCAM India for 20 years, and his leadership has helped the company realize an annual growth rate of approximately 30 percent over the past five years.

Tom Eaton is the TURBOCAM Sales Manager for East Asia, and lives in Nagoya with his family. With his wife and three children, he is committed to being in Japan for a long time, and is becoming fluent in Japanese. The son of a British diplomat, Tom has also lived in England, the U.S.A., Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland, bringing a range of international business skills to the Japan office.

Keith Lin, General Manager of TURBOCAM Taiwan, is a graduate of National Taipei University of Technology in mechanics. After serving as Vice President of Standtech Co. for tire mold manufacturing, Keith started TURBOCAM Taiwan as a joint venture with Marian Noronha, Founder, Chairman, and President of TURBOCAM International, in 2000.
