The TURBOCAM sales office in Japan was established in Nagoya in October 2004. Tom Eaton is the TURBOCAM Sales Manager for East Asia, and has moved to Nagoya with his family. During his first year of operation, Tom's priority is to learn Japanese and about Japan. He is committed to living with his family in Japan for a long time.

In 1996, TURBOCAM's President, Marian Noronha, promised customers that TURBOCAM would have a sales office in Japan to help with business transactions. Marian met Tom in 1998, and started a process of training him for this task. Tom spent two years at TURBOCAM headquarters in New Hampshire. The son of a British diplomat, Tom has lived in England, USA, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland.

Tom is joined by his wife, Julie, and children Jessica and Beth.
