TURBOCAM's international headquarters and largest manufacturing facilities are located in New Hampshire
on the east coast of the United States of America.
Currently at 135 employees, TURBOCAM USA capacity is constantly expanding with new staff and machines.
The company's 50+ five-axis milling machines support impeller and blisk production up to 800mm in diameter (32").
The headquarters company is home to corporate R&D, and skills
in NDT, balancing, stress analysis,
automation, computer science and aero design.
The latest addition is our mass production company – TURBOCAM Automated Production Systems (TAPS).
TAPS has many high-speed multi-axis milling spindles running 24 hours a day in an automated environment, enabling low cost, high
quality, and high volume production.
TAPS is now running at our new site in Barrington, New Hampshire (USA), on 28 acres of woodland. The
rest of the company will relocate there in 2006 when the 90,000 sq. ft. facility is completed.
