on the east coast of the United States of America.
With approximately 250 employees, capacity at TURBOCAM USA is constantly expanding with new staff and machines.
The company's 50+ five-axis milling machines support impeller and blisk production up to 1066mm in diameter (42").
The headquarters company is home to corporate R&D, and skills
in NDT, balancing, stress analysis,
automation, computer science and aero design.
The latest addition is our mass production company – TURBOCAM Automated Production Systems (TAPS).
TAPS has many high-speed multi-axis milling spindles running 24 hours a day in an automated environment, enabling low cost, high
quality, and high volume production.
