Our Mission

TURBOCAM exists as a business for the purpose of honoring God, creating wealth for its employees, and supporting Christian service to God and people.

TURBOCAM seeks to accomplish this purpose by achieving excellence in the manufacturing of turbomachinery parts by 5-axis machining and related technologies and satisfying the needs of our customers for Quality, Price, Delivery, and Service.

As we interact with our customers, suppliers, and employees we hold ourselves accountable to God's law expressed in the Bible. We are committed to integrity in our business and personal relationships.

Mission in Action

Mission Jar In the beginning, this jar stood in the cafeteria of our Dover, N.H. plant, and proceeds from it helped to feed 24 children every day at a village school near our plant in India. It was a small expression of the culture of generosity and service that has grown among TURBOCAM’s employees worldwide.

Today, our employees don't use a jar, they use a donation box. There is a selection of 10 charities, and our employees donate thousands of dollars each year to support families freed from slavery in Nepal, orphanages and leprosy colonies in India, a pro-life Crisis Pregnancy center in New Hampshire, local homeless shelters and food pantries, and many other needs.

TURBOCAM and Karnaleshwar School in NepalOur commitment is about more than just giving money. Employees and their family members have taken clothing to India and worked in the orphanages, have delivered school supplies and installed water treatment systems in Nepal, provided training and access to new crops and livestock in Nepal and India, built elementary schools in Nepal, and supported nursing schools in India.

Here are photos from around the world of a few of the missions that TURBOCAM International and its employees support:

Peeperkoti, Nepal – In 2008, Grace School was built in Peeperkoti. This school serves the families of AshaNagar and ViswasNagar, who previously did not have a school. Enrollment is currently at 130 and expected to rise to more than 150 in 2011. Salcete, Goa, India – El Shaddai Child Rescue House started caring for children in need in 1997, and is now caring for over 600 children! Manchester, NH, USA – TURBOCAM Inc. supports the local chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, the Daniel Webster Council. TURBOCAM’s Founder and President, Marian Noronha, is a scout leader and several of his sons are/were boy scouts. Accra, Ghana – TURBOCAM Netherlands provided leadership and funding for a micro water pumping and delivery business. India – JMHA (Jesus Mercy Home Association) has three homes for orphans in India: Ever Green Home, Adaikanoor; RC Chettiputty Home, Chettiputty; and Sangeethapatty Home, Sangeethapatty. Salem, Tamil Nadu, India –This photo shows nursing students in front of their training centre. JMHA has been training Nurses Assistants since 2003. It is aimed at young women from poorer, rural backgrounds and lasts for one year. The class varies between 20 and 30 and this government-recognized course equips these young ladies to serve effectively and lovingly. To date, every trainee has been able to find employment almost immediately on graduation. Baadi, Nepal – Because of the rainy season, which brings flooding and prevents the children from attending school, TURBOCAM Int’l installed a zip line across the Pattriya River at Baadi. The zip line will allow children to get to Grace School and older children from Peeperkoti to attend schools on the Tikapur side. During the remaining six months, when the river level decreases, a simple bridge suffices to allow people and bikes to cross. Rajesh, one of the orphans, got a thrill and rode the zip line for the first time. Harare, Zimbabwe – TURBOCAM South Africa supports this day-care center, which is run by a local church. It provides an after-school program as an outreach and ministry in their community. Chennai, India – TURBOCAM Int’l founded and funded a women's microloan circle. We are privileged to serve the work of the Sarah Dorairaj Memorial Trust, which provides microloans to needy women in Chennai.
