Barrington, NH —  As TURBOCAM Inc. celebrates its 40th anniversary this year, the company announces a significant milestone in its history: Marian Noronha, President and Founder, will step down from his role as President on September 15th, 2025. Michael Noronha will assume the roles of President and Tim Noronha will continue in the role of Vice-President of Emerging Science and Business Development, marking a generational transition in leadership.

“I am pleased to hand over leadership on TURBOCAM’s 40th anniversary, September 15, 2025, to my sons and the senior managers who have already demonstrated their abilities. This transition is part of our commitment to maintaining an agile leadership team and passing the torch not when we must, but when we know it’s right—ensuring our leadership evolves in step with our vision, energy, and ambition for the future.” said Marian Noronha.

Michael Noronha, TURBOCAM President

Founded in 1985, TURBOCAM Inc. has grown from a small entrepreneurial venture into a global manufacturing solutions provider with over 1,000 employees across 5 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, India, Romania and the Netherlands. The company specializes in the manufacturing of core turbomachinery flow path components for the aviation, rocketry, automotive and power generation industries.

At the core of TURBOCAM’s mission is a commitment to honoring its foundational principles “To honor God, create wealth for employees, and support Christian service to God and people.”

“Our mission and values are deeply held by the entire Noronha family, and we’re committed to ensuring that TURBOCAM continues to be a blessing to all our stakeholders – employees, customers, suppliers, and communities – for many years to come. Those stakeholders’ trust in our company through this season is not taken for granted” declared Michael Noronha, President of TURBOCAM.

Business NH Magazine, August 2025

TURBOCAM was recently recognized by Business NH Magazine as the fifth largest family-owned business in the state. It is well regarded for its innovation, technical excellence, and values-driven culture.

This leadership transition reflects a rare and notable achievement in the world of business succession. It is estimated that only 30% of family-owned businesses successfully transition into the second generation, while a minority make it past 35 years.

Throughout its 40-year history, TURBOCAM has distinguished itself with a commitment to technical excellence, servant leadership, and global impact. The company continues to be a pioneer in 5-axis machining and complex component production, serving customers in some of the most demanding industries.

“Our key customers have entrusted much of their long-term success to us, knowing that we will serve them with unmatched commitment, exceeding even their internal shop capacity. Given these expectations, TURBOCAM aggressively seeks and proves unconventional approaches, to engage with opportunities in any direction that best guards the mutual trust we have built, and best considers how our ‘light is spent,’ “added Tim Noronha.

Ken Anderson, Executive Director – Global Supply Chain, of our long-time customer, Cummins, congratulated TURBOCAM, stating, “We congratulate Marian for his 40 years of service, thank him for his deep partnership, and are confident in continuing to work with TURBOCAM collaboratively.”

“I will continue to steward the company through mentoring and training the next generation of leaders and engineers.” said Marian Noronha.
