TURBOCAM International Names New Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President

Barrington, N.H. – TURBOCAM continues to evolve its next generation of leadership with several changes and is excited to announce updates to its executive team. Erik Travis has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Doug Patteson will serve as Executive Vice President. Both have shown unwavering commitment and expertise throughout their long tenures with the company, exemplifying TURBOCAM’s core values, including teamwork, creativity, integrity, and ownership.

Doug Patteson passed the torch of CFO to Erik, stating that he “has served TURBOCAM incredibly well over the last 15 years, taking on increasing responsibility and team leadership. His experience leading FP&A, accounting and payroll, as well as oversight of global ERP initiatives, has been tremendous and has well prepared him for this role.” As Chief Financial Officer, Erik will provide enterprise-wide financial leadership for TURBOCAM, with responsibility for global financial reporting, planning and analysis, capital strategy, risk management, and financial governance, supporting the company’s long-term growth and operational objectives. President and CEO, Michael Noronha noted, “Erik has a respected track record of thoughtfully challenging the status quo and driving increased excellence in our operational business processes. I am excited to see him extend and expand that approach across our global company.”

In his role as Executive Vice President, Doug Patteson will support TURBOCAM’S business governance processes and strategic alignment across the global organization.

Erik added, “Doug has had a significant and enduring impact on TURBOCAM during his tenure as CFO. I’m grateful for what I’ve learned working alongside him for the past 15 years, and I look forward to stepping into the role knowing that Doug will continue as part of the senior leadership team.”
